By using Live Chat for issues of any severity, EMC Customer Service can significantly reduce the time to resolution for most requests. You really can’t lose by trying Live Chat.  Either the specialist will solve your problem during the chat session, or if not, everything that you chat about is  routed as a service request to the appropriate team for follow up.

We have also added a revolutionary translation technology that enables you to chat in Spanish with an English speaking product specialist. From the Spanish version of the Online Support home page, you’ll also see a link for Versión Beta: Probar Chat Automático as shown in orange in the image above. This Automatic Chat is available for extended hours from 7:00 PM Sunday to 4:00 PM Friday (EST) and additionally provides support for the Networker product, not currently available in Live Chat!
