Get the opportunity to download and use the following software title - Assassin's Creed® (‘software’). The Intel Gamer Days Bundle offer (‘Promotion’) is sponsored by Intel Corporation.

You agree to the T&Cs below to take part in this promotion:

1. The schedule summary of the promotion in Australia is as follows:

   SCHEDULE SUMMARY
   Purchase Period: Buy a Qualifying Device	August 26th, 2024 - September 16th, 2024
   Redemption Period: Redeem Offer	August 26th, 2024 - March 31st, 2025

2. This Promotion is only available in Australia with the purchase of either one selected Alienware or G-Series Notebooks or Desktops (‘Qualifying Devices’) in dell.com.au that includes a qualifying Intel processor card listed in Cl 11.
3. Each Qualifying Device is eligible for only one (1) software offer.
4. Cancelled orders or returned purchases of a Qualifying Devices are ineligible for participation in the Promotion. Qualifying Devices are subject to availability, quantities are limited.
5. Offer code will be provided and redeemable to customer with the purchase of qualifying Intel Core i5, i7 & i9 products. Game must be redeemed with qualifying CPU card installed.
6. If you are 18 years old, you must have parental/guardian approval to be eligible for this Promotion.
7. If you are eligible for this Promotion, you will receive an email notifying you that you are eligible for a digital download version of Assassin's Creed® Shadows qualifying device. To claim your Intel promotional code, follow the instructions in the email to access your "My Locker Dell" account.
8. Offer may not be substituted, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
9. Dell reserves the right to cancel this Promotion and decline the orders of the Qualifying devices at any time.
10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice or liability to you.

Redemption Instructions

Note: the redemption process may differ from the official Intel Gamer Days Bundle T&Cs.

To redeem the software during the Redemption Period in Australia, follow these steps below.

1. Go to https://softwareoffer.intel.com/ to create or login to your Account. Please note: your phone number is required for account verification and access.
2. Once your account is verified, log in and enter your ‘Master Key’ by March 31^st, 2025 to claim your software.
   1. After entering your Master Key, you may be prompted to run the Intel HST to verify that your purchase is a Qualifying Device. If prompted, follow these required steps:
      • Required: Download and run the Intel® Hardware Scanning Tool “(Intel HST”). Use of Intel HST is subject to your acceptance of additional terms and conditions which will be accessible to you prior to its download.
      • Upon completion of the scan, the Intel HST will indicate on-screen whether the Intel® based device you purchased meets the eligibility requirements indicated in these Offer T&Cs. Please see on screen instructions for eligibility and next steps.
3. Complete the survey questions. Please note: You must also read and agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed.
4. Select and download the available software products.
