      Through our Culture Code and People Philosophy, we are creating a culture where our people feel empowered to achieve, have a sense of balance, can form connections with their peers and are accepted for who they are.       • Providing programs and resources to empower team members of all abilities to thrive. 
      • Offering compensation and benefits practices that aim to ensure workplace equity. 
      • Committing to workplace health and safety standards in all of our operations around the world.
    • Fostering connections

      We are creating meaningful connections through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), our Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (CD&I) Champions and other team member advocacy groups. Our ERGs are essential to how we drive connection and engagement for our people, with 469 chapters in 80 countries across four regions of the world.


    • Foundational learning

      Giving all team members a strong educational foundation around inclusive practices allows everyone to utilize a common language and a shared understanding.

      Be the Change is Dell's foundational learning program focused on topics related to inclusion. It helps cultivate an environment where all team members can be their authentic selves and thrive in their careers. To date, 99% of our team members have completed Be the Change.* All new team members and managers complete this foundational training as a part of onboarding.


    • Disability inclusion

      We strive to create an environment that is inclusive and accessible. We hope to inspire people with disabilities to thrive and succeed.

      Dell’s Assistive Technology Center of Excellence provides every team member with the assistive technology they need to reach their full potential. They offer a confidential, self-serve catalog of hardware and software including braille keyboards, auditory individualization software, speech-to-text tools and screen readers.

      Dell’s Accessibility Center of Excellence provides our team members with the support they need to build accessible digital products and services, providing education, governance, and testing as a service.
