In Las Vegas last week at Dell World, one of the takeaways was the unparalleled advantages our customers have through our work with strategic alliances. That is certainly on display this week, as we have a strong Dell team (including myself) in Orlando at SAP SAPPHIRE NOW, discussing the strength of this longstanding relationship and the benefits it provides our mutual customers.
Dell and SAP have a partnership that continues to gain momentum almost 25 years after it began, helping our customers gain faster and more actionable insights from their data. Combined with our Ready Solutions framework and services offerings, Dell has the right solution for S4, HANA and HANA Edge implementations. In addition to our commercial partnership with SAP, we also leverage SAP solutions to run our own business in real time in finance, procurement, supply chain and travel and expenses.
Given our great relationship, it was no surprise to see SAP CEO Bill McDermott invite Michael Dell onstage to discuss myriad new innovations our customers have to keep up with every day, from the Internet of Things to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
As Michael pointed out, digital transformation is not an IT project it is rather a CEO commitment, and working with SAP, Dell ensures our customers can take advantage of the enormous opportunities these innovations provide, while minimizing the risk to their business.
We realize that while our customers share some common challenges and objectives in modernizing their IT to reap the benefits of their SAP investment, each customer’s path to success will be different. Our wide range of solutions for SAP ensures our customers have the right product for their needs, enabling lower cost, reduced risk and simplified IT.
We look forward to delighting our customers through our strong alliance with SAP. To learn more about what we do, including our Ready Nodes, Ready Bundles and Ready Systems for SAP, please visit our SAP solutions page.
