Heather Schaack is a well-rounded and results-oriented professional with 20+ years of Dell leadership at various levels of the organization including working with all sized customer portfolios and channel partners. She has extended experience in sales leadership, creating strategy and operationalizing sustainable programs.
Her teams are known for building high energy, fast paced and sustainable cultures that enable a result driven organization. She strongly advocates and creates platforms for future leaders that foster diversity and inclusion within scope of influence.
Heather currently leads Dell’s US Medium Business Public sales division. She oversees the partnerships of medium sized businesses and the ongoing expansion of net new customers. In her previous role, Heather served as Vice President of Dell’s Center of Competency Division. Her responsibilities included program creation, defining of roles, new hire onboarding training programs and federal ISO quality adherence.
