With our comprehensive portfolio of Dell APEX as-a-Service offers, you allow customers to experience more effortless digital transformation through simplified solutions that deliver actual results – for everyone.
Removing complexity where possible, we have aligned Dell APEX with the overall Partner Program strategy, offering higher earning potential for higher partner tiers and differentiated by base rates. We now propose a single and harmonized APEX+ category for all incentive-eligible Dell APEX solutions with rebates and earned MDF available across the entire category. Additionally, the lower Dell APEX Referral rate helps drive resale and host.
In addition, we’ve launched a Dell APEX competency to help partners learn the portfolio.
A simplified earning
You can keep it simple with one local tier that applies to all your company’s transacting accounts in the Dell Technologies Partner Program.
2023 is the first year offering partners a single tier when transacting with us through the program. This allows partners operating across multiple tracks (Solution Providers, Client Solution Providers, and OEM) to choose the optimal route to market for their business and customers without compromising on rebate earning potential. For single-track partners, this may open route-to-market expansion with Dell Technologies when they enroll in additional tracks to participate in new sales motions. Partners with a global presence also have the option of one globally recognized tier in the program with global incentive eligibility.
A more sustainable choice
As our partner, you can commit to the climate with our new 7% Asset Recovery Services (ARS) rebate. Available for client and server products of any brand, ARS enables partners to help their customers more securely and responsibly retire old assets, not just Dell but any brand. Dell’s commitments, investments, and plans to ESG span across operations, our value chain, and our partnerships that deliver business, customer, and societal value.
A seamless partner experience
Over the past several years, Dell has invested in our technology stack, worked on process redesign, simplified our policies, and revamped our support model to enhance the Partner Experience. This way, we ensure predictable engagement, increased automation for a quote to order, and greater visibility of your benefits.
The new program structure also introduced a Global tier path, unlocking increased capabilities in Program Tracker and Incentives Center. This provides more insights, analytics, and a simplified managing experience across the global businesses for global tiered partners.
