System Issues After Installing Photoshop and WinForms UI Library

I'm experiencing some system issues on my Dell desktop after installing Adobe Photoshop and a WinForms UI library. Here are the problems I'm facing:

1. System Performance: After installation, my computer's overall performance has slowed down, with increased CPU usage and frequent freezing.
2. Display Driver Conflicts: I’m encountering display driver errors, resulting in screen flickering and occasional crashes.
