​简体中文：我一共有两个雷蛇鼠标，无线的可以正常使用，有线的无法使用，故障如下图，​​AWCC 6不支持连接的设备​​。有的时候鼠标可以用，但是会断断续续的出现​​AWCC 6不支持连接的设备​​，这不是鼠标的问题，已经排查了，是AWCC的问题，该鼠标可以在其它电脑上使用，唯独不可以在这台戴尔笔记本电脑上使用。望改进​
