重装系统后，无法通过Dell下载管理器下载软件

​我的机器是M17x R4，最近重装了系统，想安装当时买机器时附赠的软件（如：Dell Webcam Central），进入https://smartsource.dell.com/web/main.aspx 这个地址后，需要下载并安装一个叫SmartSource.MediaManager（Dell 下载管理器）的软件，但是安装完后这个软件运行报错，导致我无法下载想要的附赠软件。​
