【微博用户问题分享】spa/spb，spa显示不可管理--CX500

首先不晓得楼主能否确定那3个扩展柜是否真的missing，数据目前能访问吗？最好能提供Fault status report具体日志。如果只是一边SPA在报，可能扩展柜没有missing，而是那个SP的故障导致的。

显示不可管理，是不是你直连SPB登陆的管理界面，一般这样都会提示不可管理的！！

一般都是code bug，重启SP或升级微码可解决

spb可以管理吧？

登上去看看那三个DAE的状态如何

苦主晚来，好几步。。。

下面是报错信息：

后来去现场检查了一下，sp的状态灯都正常，当时其中一个DEA的exp端口和上一个DEA的pri端口的连接指示灯是灭的。

收集spcollect的时候，spb很顺利完成，spa则报了个错：

完成之后，连文件名都没有cx500的序列号，存储日志里，spa的状态信息，都是缺失的。

现在的问题是：

1、背板loop电缆，应该是有一段断开了，但是这只是两个loop中的一个断开了，另外一个还正常（missing的DAE上的lun，也正常），怎么Navisphere就一路Fault、Empty到底了？

2、对于断开的loop电缆，现在能做的操作，就是在线插拔，还不亮状态灯的话，就更换一条。这在线插拔，会不会导致其他影响？

3、spa有必要重启吗？

那要更换LCC线啦，在线插拔是不会有问题的，因为LCC是双路冗余的

A边报DAE missing,而DAE的LUN都还online，很有可能是A边的loop 0和loop 1都断开了。

三个磁盘柜的LCC A都有问题的可能性较小，所以有可能它们到SPA的线断掉了，或者是就是SPA的IO模块问题。

LCC支持在线更换，在线插拔LCC线应该是可以的。

SPA对Navi命令行不响应，一般是建议联系EMC技术支持详细诊断，不过通常最后需要重启。

以下是进展：

1、重新插拔了LCC线，EXP端亮几秒后，熄灭，PRI端常灭，用另外一个线连接，情况依旧。
2、重新插拔spa，启动过程状态指示灯闪动变化正常，启动完成后，ip可ping通，Navishere可登录，但依然显示不受管理，界面如下：

3、有一点奇怪，如上图，显示了两个关于cx500的项目，且指的同一台设备，而甚至spb的状态还不一致。
4、很苦恼。

这是spcollect，spa生成的文件，没有序列号。

从SPB日志看，这是一台CX500，当前的Flare版本 2.07.500.5.021。

你的截图也显示B边的Navisphere management server有异常现象。这下列的日志有关系，NaviCimon报错code 9。

EMC Primus emc150809解释了不同code的产生原因和解决办法。对于Code9，这应该是低版本的Flare Bug，在CX500最新的版本02.19都解掉了。

• Navi CIMOM exit code 9 - Means that the Management Server (CIMOM) was making a call into a lower layer (admin, layered driver, etc) and didn't return. A watch thread on a timer kills the CIMOM in this case so that it can be restarted. It is believed the timer is 10 minutes, so basically the CIMOM had a provider which got stuck in a call down to admin and after timing out, the CIMOM is shut down. There should be a cimom_hang_info.txt (or something similar) in c:\dumps that lines up with one of these messages in the CIMOM log. One possibility is that the issue is caused by two known problems that are fixed in patch 02.19.300.5.034. The first is an Event Description Access Violation and the second issue is how we were generating stack traces to be included in the CIMOM log. The second issue was causing a very large memory spike and since the CIMOM log is filled with many of the Event Description stack traces it could also be causing issue. Both are fixed in the R19 P34 indicated above.

SPA unmanaged也应该和这个有关联。建议最好备份数据，然后给两个SP灌最新的Flare Code 02.19.500.5.045。

尝试使用NST（6.28.55.0.97）工程师模式升级CX500-Bundle-02.19.500.5.040.pbu，过程中报错，在规则检查处停滞：冗余SP，


很苦恼，无法继续下去。
换用Navisphere Software Installation Wizard 6.19.81.1.10，情况类似。

NST的快速安装呈现灰色不可选。

这台设备是从版本R14(02.07.500.5.021)升级到R19，请问LZ在NST中选择了Enable Offline Upgrade吗？

如果数据有备份好的话，建议最好把SPA的Flare重灌一下（还是原来版本），先让其恢复工作。之后再升级两个SP。

存储提示什么报错吗？有报错是无法继续下去的！

明确的报错倒是没有，只是SPA呈现unmanaged状态，上面有贴图。
