Pools and Pool LUNs (both Thick and Thin) can be offline for many different reasons. Determine from the logs why LUNs are offline before attempting recovery. Running a recovery instead of resolving a memory leak, for example, can increase Time to Recovery.

不过关键部分的操作只有EMC支持工程师有权限看，有相关需求的话还是开一个SR吧。
