Dell D620 does not accept Intel Dual Band card

I tried to install the Intel Wifi 5100 Dual Band card on my Dell Latitude D620 but, even installing the drive it doesn't work. Can you tell me if there is a compatibility problem, and if so, which card can I install without problems?
