DEVOLUÇÃO DO MEU NOTEBOOK
My Dell Inspiron notebook - had a problem with the mousepad, which is why I sent it to technical support via the Correios key via on 05/23/2024 and, a few days later Dell sent my equipment back and did not notify me, therefore Correios LYINGLY informed me that they could not find the address. A few days later I contacted Dell, who informed me that I would need to wait for the equipment to arrive at the origin to resend it. The equipment arrived on 06/19, on the 20th I contacted them for the 3rd time asking for it to be resent, and at the same time the analyst sent me an email asking for the correct information for my address, which I promptly provided... and since then, they have not resent my equipment and today is already 07/02 and I am without my machine and unable to work, which is causing me too much inconvenience. I have already filed a complaint against Dell on Reclame Aqui and Procon, in parallel with opening this <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> in the Community.
