XPS 9500 issues

So I recently bought this 9500 i5 16gb FHD laptop and I am having 2 issues with it.

The webcam has some particles inside the module and it outputs on the image. I went to several places that fix laptops and they said it is impossible or risky to try to get access there. https://ibb.co/vcZkd7P

The battery is so bad. Even though it is the 56 one, it barely lasts 2 hours even on all the power saving settings. I ran the battery report and it seems like the capacity dropped to 28.5k in the first 2-3 months of use and it stays at this level (exact number) since then.

I would like to bring it up with dell support, but the website does not recognize my service tag.

Did anyone encounter similar issues? I feel like throwing this laptop out the window at this point.
