Wrong cool element has been sent to me

January 12, 2023, my colleague ordered a laptop from you. This laptop was delivered to me around January 25. However, the writing memory of the laptop was too small for the software to be installed on it. Therefore, my colleague ordered a new Dell M.2 2280 SSD. This SSD arrived a few days later.

During the installation of the new SSD I found out that the cool element was an element of a Dell M.2 2230 SSD and thus has a too small surface to fit over the Dell M.2 2280 SSD. The cool element also has two pins down to hold an M.2 2230 SSD in place.

So I contacted Dell and expressed the problem. The technician understood the problem and had a quote prepared by Raymond v D.. I approved the quote and paid for it.

A few days later Gabriela S. delivered me a cool element, however, the same element I already had.

The picture below (B) shows which SSD is to be installed and the type of cool element to go with it. An element without pins that is padded the entire length inside.

Would you please respond as soon as possible, as the laptop is badly needed and is still not operational.
