Wake up on USB

Want to wake up my laptop (Inspiron 16 7620 2-in-1) with lid closed using my mouse or keybord. This seemed not possible without Dell docking station. Now I bought a Dell USB-C power monitor S2722QC and hope my laptop will recognise it as Dell docking station. Laptop is charging ok using the USB-C cable from the monitor. But Wake up on USB does not work. Please advise !  Regards, Ed
