start up problems

Hi

My Dell Inspiron 17R 5720 doesn't start anymore. After a disk cleanup it didn't start anymore. Can't get into the bios, changed the battery, started without the memory disk, did all the technical advice on the site like POST,... Nothing works. The screen stops at Dell sign, sometimes i get the option to press F1 or F2, but then nothing happens. Anyone with extra tips?
