Latitude 5431 -> Windows 10 Enterprise Evalution

We have this weird issue with 2 of our brand new Latitude 5431 laptops. When the laptop is setup with a clean Windows installation, Windows is activated with the firmware-embedded activation key. But when we add the laptop to our tenant in Intune, and we enroll the device (Managed Desktop) the product activation fails and a version of Windows 10 Enterprise Evalutation has been installed.
