Dell G5 15 5590 - RTX 2060 - Error 43

Hi, 

My Dell G5 15 5590 has RTX 2060 installed, but the GPU is not shown/detected in the Windows context menu (right-clicking on desktop) and the HDMI port also does not pick up the TV. 

It shows error 43 when I check the details in Dxdiag, and updating the driver shows the latest version of the driver is installed. 

I have tried all the methods listed online, on Windows as well as NVIDIA documentation, but none of them appear to work.

When the problem started, first it would show only a black screen after boot up; restarting it a few times fixed that but now the GPU is not shown/detected by Windows. 

Inside my Task Manager, I only see GPU 0 (Intel UHD). 

My device is out of warranty, how can I get it fixed/serviced? If it can be serviced, how much would it cost (on an average, or rough idea)? Also, would it be even a good idea to get it serviced now?
