Alienware X17 R1 Core i9 screen blacks and comes back again and again
Recently I bought Alienware X17 R1 Core i9 (4000 euros) with 64 GB Ram. I live in Netherlands.
Its so disappointing that this expensive laptop keeps crashing and the software is not compatible and the updates messes everything up.
RECENT PROBLEM:
When I turn my screen off (close Laptop) so it goes to sleep mode and then when I open expecting everything will resume, but since yesterday screen comes but then after few seconds screen turns black and then screen appears again and then after few seconds it turns black again and it keep doing this.
PROBLEM NUMBER 2)
After the last update I can not press DEL key in keyboard.
Please fix it or send me new laptop ? Its annoying and disappointing.

I have alienware X17 R1 (4000euros) 64GB, 2Tb Hard disk.
PROBLEM 1:
When I close lid of my laptop, fans are still running. It does not go to sleep.
When I shutdown my laptop, next day when I only open lid of laptop and dont press any buttom , my laptop starts automatically, dont know if this is how it supposed to be or is it also another problem.
PROBLEM 2:
Also few days ago my screen had problem with going to black then my screen came then it goes to black again continuously with few seconds pauses in between.
PROBLEM 3:
Del key stopped working. Yesterday it start to work again
Fix it, or send me new laptop. Disappointing to spend so much money and get this type of machine who stops working when you have important thing to do and then waste time calling support centers.
