Dell S3221QS flickering
Hi,
I have this monitor running on my Macbook 14" M1 Pro. And the screen starts flickering a lot out of nowhere. It mostly happens when I put something in fullscreen mode (Netflix f.e.).
Does anyone know a way to fix this issue or should i try to send it back to Dell?
I have tried to download and update the firmware, but that application also keeps crashing 2 seconds after I opened it.
Online it was said that this monitor is compatible with the new Macbooks.
Would love to here from anyone for a solution, thanks!

I have a Dell U 3223QE and it had occasional flickering on my Mac Studio (USB-C) but not on my MacPro 5,1 (Display Port).
Changing the color profile solved the problem for 99%. M1 Macs with USB-C seem to have a problem with non-Apple monitors.
