Connect XPS 15 to S3422DWG

Good afternoon, 

I want to connect my Dell S3422DWG to a dell XPS 15. And the monitor says to achieve 144Hz I have to connect it through DisplayPort. But the XPS doesn't have a Display Port.

I know that Thunderbolt 4 support Displayport. So I am looking for a Thunderbolt 4 to Displayport cabel, but I can't seem to find those. I can find usb-c to DisplayPort though, does this do the same thing?
