dell G15 5525 stop phenomenon

I used a desktop with a graphics card 1060 and purchased the Dell G155525 on February 28. However, it appears that there are more problems than the very old and underperforming desktops we used before.
When you play a game lower than the G15's specification, the game stops once and turns off.
When no program is turned on, the CPU utilization rate is 23%, and the workstation-generally GPU utilization rate is 10%. Temperatures are also displayed as low as 44 degrees.
This is my second purchase of a Dell laptop, and I would like you to give me any support so that I can make a choice without regret, so please reply.
