Alienware 17 R4 Keyboard Backlightining not turning on

My alienware have the tobii too. I know that there are some issues with both of them together. But everything was just fine.the lights started to turn off by themselves... and i noticed that my touchpad all of a sudden stop working, and I had to turn it on again, now it is working normally, The issue is that the keyboard light is actually turned on but it doesn't light up, I tried changing the lightning theme and it is simply not lightining up anymore. The alienware logo, the power button and the Alienware name are normally working. I tried reinstalling the command center and it end up bugging up the OC control. So i just restore a previous version of my windows. But... all the same...

-Update BIOS

Hi, thank you so much. I did everything, and it was not working, restarting after every procedure. I finally decided to shut down and start. and it is back to normal. Thank you. So, After all the procedures, you must shut down wait for a few seconds and turn on the laptop again, and it should be back to normality. Thank you.
