we are receveing several alert mails from our storage, below the details:

Event Message: Impending physical disk failure detected by physical disk Component type: Physical Disk Component location: Enclosure 0, Slot 14 Priority:Critical

it seems that there is the disk on slot 14 in failure. according to the official guide, it's necessary to call the technical support but they told us that the devise it's not more in warranty.
