Fans going crazy and making weird noise, heating is just too much.

Hello, I received my new dell xps 13 5 days ago and I am experiencing problems with the fans and the temperature of the computer. The fans are at max all the time even when I'm just browsing the web, they start and the computer heats up so much that I can't use it on my lap it burns me. Also, the fans make a weird noise, not a normal fan noise but really a bit of a metallic noise and I don't think it's normal. There is no app running in the background I made sure of that too. It's my first windows computer and I am a bit lost please help me, thanks !
