Inpiron 3668 Video card and Ram memory upgrade

There are my syst.. config 

Inspiron 3668

Processor : Intel i7-7700 3.60 Ghz

Current video card GTX 1050

I bought a videocard GTX 1660 super and I noticed I needed to upgrade my powersupply and use a specific connector. So I bought everything that was needed and my PC booted like a new.

What failed then?

I started gaming and guess what, my GTX 1660 was way below the performace of my GTX 1050.

I looked in the bios if I could edit some settings, almost nothing can be edited...

I noticed that my Ram was blocked at 2133 instead of 3200...

Is there a mean to edit the BIOS and finally use my stuff?

I search in another PC iIve at home, and some companies are letting their bios editable.
