Xps 15 qwerty for Belgium

Dears, I’m looking for buying the new XPS 15 with qwerty keyboard for Belgium and the website doesn’t allow this configuration. Is there a possibility to sell this one?  I7 10th gen, 16 gig of ram, Ssd 512 or 1t, g force video... 

with qwerty keyboard.
