Alienware Aurora R7

Hello, my PC cannot have the same image quality as I have on the PS5, yet I have such a powerful processor and an equivalent graphics card, why?
CPU I7 8700 6 cores 12 threat
32 GB of memory at 2666 mgz
RTX 2060 6gb
SSD 1 tb m2
I can play with ray tracing but the games are jerky and if I want to play with graphics like the PS5 impossible in 4k it's very jerky.
If you can help me it's very apreciate maybe my motherboard is not enough powerful??
