Hello all, I have an Inspiron 3721 and don't see an option to boot from
a USB. Can someone help with how to make this boot from a USB.

fields to add boot options but you cant navigate
to the usb drive. It just has these weird 4 options for recovery etc.
I have tried disabling other boot options and setting a boot option for
EFI\BOOT\bootx64.efi but this just boots into windows.
Any ideas?

Poweredge SC1425 -- booting from USB

website, followed the instructions and popped it into my Poweredge. No where on
the BIOS setting do I see a boot off a USB drive option (it's only a NIC PXE
boot up or HD).

I have a Dimension 2400 with BIOS A05. I want to boot from a USB device
but the BIOS does not give that as an option, nor can I even use the DELL
supplied version of XP that came with my computer to load the OS on the USB

Just for the heck of it I decided to Boot from my optical drive and
couldn't do so. The pc boots from my HD even though my boot sequence is set To
IDE CD-Rom first. Naturally I made sure my IDE cable was set correctly to my
optical drives.

Cannot boot from USB
I have an Inspiron 7591. I wanted to boot off a USB Stick. However, it
wouldn't show the boot list option for the USB. Even the BIOS doesn't recognize
it. It boots fine on Inspiron 3521. I turned off secure boot, and PTT(whatever

I have notebook Dell Latitude E5410 and E6710. And I have got a problem
to boot system from USB flash drive 3.0
USB 3.0 flash drive should be compatible with USB 2.0 ports. Normaly in

I can't boot my XPS 9100 from the USB port. I believe I have the latest BIOS
version, but when I go into boot sequence at startup there is no option to boot
from USB. Is there a solution for this?
