Dell Latitude 7490 doesnt recognizes M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD

I recently bought a laptop, but for some reason it doesn't recognize the M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD. I have tried to add it through the bios but it does not allow me to do so.

When I try to turn it on it says "No Bootable Device Found" and I'm sure that the hard drive is not damaged because when I try to install windows from a usb the hard drive allows to be formatted, so I don't understand what could be happening in the laptop, yes Anyone know that would be very helpful!
