Vulnerability SAE ver 2.xxxx

Customer indicates that your security program finds a vulnerability in the SAE console. Basically to fix this vulnerability is to generate a certificate validated by a certificate authority either internal or external. I searched for information and did not find where a CSR file can be generated to request the authenticated certificate. Compared to OME if the CSR can be generated. Do you know how I can generate this CSR?
