T7500 with SSD hard disk problems.

Good afternoon,

I have a DELL Precision Work Station T7500 series machine with a mechanical hard drive that I want to replace with another SSD. To do this I have mounted a disk: WD Blue SN550 1 TB high performance M.2 Pcie NVMe SSD on an adapter: Sabrent NVMe M.2 SSD to PCIe X16/X8/X4 Card with Aluminum Heatsink (EC-PCIE). After installing it in the PCIe x16 slot I had free I cloned the mechanical hard drive to the SSD with the application: EaseUS Todo Backup Home 12.5. As you can see in the screenshot below everything went well up here.

 

 

I press F12 for before boot to enter the BIOS setup menu and what I notice is that there is NO possibility to boot with the SSD and that it does not recognize me either. C ould you  guide me on what may be going on, please.?
