Failed equipment

Almost a year ago I bought a NEW Dell laptop that after a month started to malfunction. Not only did I have to fight to get the equipment replaced  but to this day I am still waiting for the equipment to be replaced. It should have been delivered in August 2023. Dell is playing not only with my time, but also with my money. Has anyone else had this problem? Please tell me I am not the only one! All I want is a computer that runs well, that is what I paid for (and not cheap at all). Solutions Dell, solutions. I spent half of 2023 waiting for an answer, hopefully 2024 will bring my laptop.
