Ive got a venue 10 pro issue

The laptop is turned off and when i try powering it on i just get a not blinking orage light that turns whiter after a second. Nothing more happens just that nothing appears on display.

Tried turning it on without battery but it appears to do nothing. Tried removing and putting back the battery too but same thing again the light and nothing.

Been trying to switch on with and without charger so many times pls help.
