Inspiron 15 5578 2-in-1 Mother Board

Hola alguien que me ayude, fui al tecnico y cambié la placa madre o motherboard, pero al registrar el modelo lo hizo con un modelo diferente y ahora al correr el programa de diagnostico no lo identifica y envia un mensaje de error, hay alguna forma de corregir ese error?

Hi i need some help, i went to tech service, and replaced my motherboard, but he registered a different model por my inspiron, and now when i intend to run the diagnosis program, it doesn´t identify it, and send an error message, is there anyway to make it right?
