Inspiron 15 5578 2-in-1 Mother Board changed with a different inspiron model

Debí cambiar la tarjeta madre o placa madre de mi Inspiron 15 5578 2-in-1, pero el tecnico la registró con un modelo diferente (Inspiron 13-5378) lo que afecta todo cuando corro el programa de diagnostico.

Es posible corregir esto?

I had to change the motherboard of my Inspiron 15 5578 2-in-1 the technician registered the new one with a different model (Inspiron 13-5378) what affect everything on it when i run the diagnosis program.

Can somenone tell me if there is a way to make it right?
