Dell iDrac connected to Okta using LDAP interface

I am trying to connect my iDrac to Okta using an LDAP interface but when I run the test in iDrac from Generic LDAP Directory Service it tells me that the Okta LDAP server could not be pinged. I understand that this is because in Okta it is not a server, it is an interface and it does not respond to ping requests. Do you know if what I am trying to do is possible or if there is a way to remove the ping test in iDrac? Thanks!
