Your battery no longer operates and needs to be replaced
Hola!
Hoy al encender mi Latitude 5530 me ha aparecido el texto del Asunto en un recuadro sobre el icono de carga de la batería, que se mostraba como vacía. El led frontal parpadea constantemente en ámbar.
No se ha quedado sin batería en ningún momento puesto que siempre funciona conectado al alimentador. Según la aplicación Dell Update está todo actualizado a las últimas versiones de controladores y BIOS. Uso Windows 11, también al día de actualizaciones.
Me sorprendería que realmente fuese un problema de batería ya que el ordenador tiene pocos meses, es demasiado pronto como para que empiece a fallar. ¿Hay algo que pueda probar?

Battery related problems can be due to old battery, battery reaching end of life, AC adapter not working properly, etc.
The possible solution that I can give you is to uncover and disconnect the battery, after that connect the AC adapter and turn on the equipment without the battery, then turn off the equipment and connect the battery again (EYE) All this if the warranty has already expired, if your computer has a warranty the best option is to contact Dell technical support.

Hello JenselPC,
Thank you very much for your suggestions. My laptop was bought on October 2022 so it's still under warranty, I won't dissassebly it.
I got a private message from Dell-Cares asking for my Service Tag so I guess my post was read by someone by the Dell Technical Support.
