How are you measuring temperatures ? You can use a free app called, CORETEMP
If the temps are above 80-90 degree idle than there is an issue.
Update the BIOS : it helped in my case.
Download dell power manager and set the profile to cool.
Last step : Reboot to BIOS (F2) > Performance > Intel Turbo Boost > Disable
Now test the temperature again
