I bought this laptop and paid extra for it to arrive 2 days after my purchase, it turns out that the equipment never arrived, I contacted customer service and they told me that they wait for the laptop to be returned to them via fedex, in order to resend the equipment to me, I told them that I paid for a product that never reached my hands, I paid DELL not another company, I did not pay fedex, my invoice says DELL, I can not wait for them to resolve their conflicts with third parties to be able to get my laptop, or is it the only ALIENWARE they have, I can recommend you, put that serial number under observation and send me a new computer, now this one traveled for more than a week, I do not know what happened to it on the way and I have to wait for them to receive it and resend it to me ... it is not possible .. I was a fan of the brand, but now in each advertisement I will put that they are irresponsible, and I can create my own advertisement for an indefinite time to name and what the bad experience I am going through is recognized.
