Is it possible to upgrade the Alienware Area 51m R2 CPU?

this laptop's current CPU is the i7-1070

i want to know if i can change this CPU to the i7..k or to a i9 or i9..k, is it possible?

i readed on the specs sheet that it is compatible with those ones but can it be changed/replaced? cause the reason i bought this was for that feature but never tried to upgrade it before, so now i want to be sure before purchasing any cpu
