Alienware R5 17 Teclado y Mouse fallan despues de conectar otro dispositivo USB o al encender el Bluetooth

Hola Comunidad Dell.

Tengo una Alienware R5 de 17’’. Se que ya es un poco vieja pero la he cuidado mucho. Desde que la compre he tenido un problema. Cuando conecto el mouse, el teclado y los audifonos Alienware por USB todo funciona perffecto. Pero si conecto un dispositivo adicional USB o si enciendo el Bluetooth para conectar mi Home Theater audio las luces y los dispositivos USB comienzan a apagarse y a prenderse y el mouse y el teclado se quedan congelados por un segundo y empieza a fallar. Es muy molesto. Voy a compartir un video de la falla.

Estoy cansado de actualizar los Drivers, y nada funciona. Ya reinstale el sistema operativo y tampoco. He conectado los dispositivos USB a otros equipos y todo va bien. Estoy seguro que no estan dañados. Alguien mas le ha pasado esto?

I have a 17- Alienware R5. I know it's already a bit old but I've taken great care of it. Since I bought it I have had a problem. When I connect the Alienware mouse, keyboard and headphones via USB everything works perffecto. But if I plug in an additional USB device or turn on the Bluetooth to connect my Home Theater audio the lights and USB devices start to turn off and on and the mouse and keyboard freeze for a second and start to fail. It's very annoying. I'm going to share a video of the failure.

I'm tired of updating the Drivers, and nothing works. Already reinstall the operating system and neither. I have connected the USB devices to other equipment and everything is going well. I'm sure they're not damaged. Has anyone else happened to this?

Support for the 'old' Alienware 17 R5 (2018) does not include warranty extension. Warranty and Service Extension - Dell Community  My Alienware 17 R5 Service Tag result says "Your device has reached the end of service life and can no longer be renewed, upgraded, or extended

Please run the Windows Reliability Monitor to look for root cause of the peripheral device connection problem. How to use Windows Reliability Monitor to identify software issues | Dell US 

Please share image of the Reliability Monitor output so the Dell community can see what you see, thanks. (Hint: use Shift + Windows + s key combination to get jpg image. Then use Insert photos icon in message header.)
