Work @ EMC: John joined EMC in January 2008 as a Partner Technical Consultant (Presales). He is currently in the EMC Global Services team. Through the years his activities have supported Value-Added Resellers and Distribution Partners' business development and lead generation via: *Signature Solution Centers (SAP focus) *Cloud Services / Advanced Services *Converged Infrastructure *On-boarding of emerging technologies (new EMC products/solutions). *Cloud Readiness Acceleration (Presales enablement) *collaboration with vendor partners (Cisco, Brocade, VMware, etc.) In 2012 John helped define the first VSPEX Reference Architectures then, along with Christian Stein and an extended team, personally on-boarded Distribution and VAR's across EMEA. The personal contact and feedback received from partners helped to continuously improve EMC's VSPEX solution.
