About me

Traditionally, I've come from a support and system administration background spanning a wide range of technologies. In the recent years I've moved more towards consulting around system integration. This initally was delivery driven, but I tend to do more pre-sales support now and post sales around troubleshooting and performance tuning. I'm also an academic and have recently completed a Masters in Business Information Systems with a written thesis on cloud computing. I'm currently seeking a PhD topic.
