About me
Joined EMC in 2001. I'm currently a member of the Customer Support Services team in EMEA. I provide support for Ionix SRM products (ControlCenter, ProSphere, Storage Configuration Advisor) to customers/field in the region. I also work closely with the Engineering teams in Cork, Hopkinton and Bangalore.
