Not sure yet what was replaced/repaired on my daughters laptop--we are waiting to hear back from the repair service the warranty company used. Booting up her repaired laptop we are being asked for the Windows Key. Windows came pre-loaded. No disc, No sticker. Supposedly key is in bios. How do we loc

Philip, I just tried to skip the registration setup in the hopes that I could try to get the Win key with RWeverything. I don't know if that would've worked, but when the OS loaded, it loaded Win 10. Maybe that's why it didn't pull the Win key?

Sorry for the delay in replying. I was nervous about completing the instructions you sent, so I waited to hear back from the warranty company as to what repairs were made to the laptop...in the hopes that there might be an easier way to get

I don't have experience in troubleshooting. Does it matter if the main board & HD may have been replaced? The laptop is currently awaiting input of the windows key. What do I do? Do I download this Windows 10 TH2.iso to a disc and insert it

3 laptops with issues--and I am greatly in need of advice/help. My daughter's system is having issues. Q: We did not create a recovery disc when we received it 14 months ago. Is it still possible to create one if it is having system errors? She is not concerned about the persona
