I'm a little relieved that it wasn't just mine. I went to BestBuy and there's did the same thing. Still not happy with the situation. Hopefully they'll fix it. Also when I play Call Of Duty my keyboard changes to all white not what I have it set to. Please help us fix this issue. I just bought an Al

Should i get 2 more years of basic or just one ? Is it pretty much a guarantee this thing is going to break ? What are peoples thoughts and experiences with there extended coverage plan ?

I ended up just going with that 1 year basic extention. Im just gaming and doing light travel. so this covers me for 2 years total now just in case any of the parts decide to go plus peace of mind of a repair bill

Good afternoon everyone, I know that 64 GB of RAM is the supported spec for the AW M18 R1 & R2 but Can I add more RAM to make a total of 96GB? Crucial makes a new 64 GB single PC slot RAM stick which is compatible with each model. Would I need to do anything to monitor the heat on OR from eac

I was at the library using my laptop the other day when my foot accidentally bumped the the power cord providing power to the outlets on the desk (it's not as janky a setup as I might lead you to believe, only a few inches of the industrial quality cord is exposed before the flat plug terminates in
