XIO components not initialized

Hi, after recovering a XIO X1 system by reimaging the SC's and deploying a fresh XMS, I fail to get the system up & running. Create-cluster fails with XMS Completion Code: sys_activation_error but add-cluster seems to work fine.

Going in more detail it seems that almost all components are in an initialized state and/or have severe errors like:

- Storage Controller PSU has no input.

-  There is no external power feed from the grid to the BBU. BBU may be powered off or running on battery.

- Storage Controller management port state cannot be determined.

- Storage Controller's PSU is not initialized.

- The unknown DAE PSU is not initialized.

- The top DAE Controller is not initialized.

- DAE is not initialized.

- Storage Controller is not initialized.

- SSD is not initialized. 

How can I resolve these errors to get the XBrick up and running?
