Snapshot delta
Is there a way to calculate delta between two snapshots? For example ceph has export-diff https://ceph.com/dev-notes/incremental-snapshots-with-rbd/ that exports difference between two snapshots as a file. This feature is extremely important for implementing incremental backup feature. RecoverPoint is using scsi diff feature for its replication functionality and if this is exposed as API it would be extremely useful to me.

No - as you mentioned, RecoverPoint uses the SCSI diff command to calculate the difference between two points in time. However, this is an internal operation and is not exposed externally through an API (or otherwise).
